On 15th December 2005, Antonia and Ernst Drexler commenced the operation of the new Autobahn Rest and Service Area "Inntal West / Kiefersfelden".

The couple started out as managers of a small petrol station with a snack bar in Inntal Ost (Flintsbach) in 1990. In 2002, they took over the service station and a little later the rest area and the motel at the West side. In 2003, a Bistro near the former border crossing at Kiefersfelden was added.

With the new compact premises of the Rest and Service Area "Inntal West / Kiefersfelden" uniting all rest and service facilities under one roof, the couple embarked on a promising, future-oriented path. Since 1st March 2007, a corresponding Rest and Service Area has been in operation at the opposite east side in Kiefersfelden.

With these two new, modern and comfortable facilities the Drexler family sets a high standard in terms of service and recreation along the autobahn.
