Our fresh ingredients are exclusively provided by suppliers from our region.
A special delight are our tortes and cakes, which are prepared fresh every day by the Brannenburg pastry shop Daiser. Our crisp salads are delivered daily by local greengrocers. In particular meat is a matter of confidence – that is why we purchase our meat only from local, quality-certified butchers from our region.
